Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for our work together. We'll discuss what brings you to counseling, review your personal history, identify your goals, and address any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. Together, we'll develop an initial plan tailored to your unique needs as we begin your journey toward hope, healing, and lasting growth

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding the strengths, concerns, and goals within your relationship or family. Together, we'll discuss the challenges that have brought you to counseling, explore each person's perspective, and identify shared goals for therapy. This session provides a foundation for building healthier communication, strengthening relationships, and creating a path toward hope, healing, and lasting growth.
